Featuring a design that combines lateral oil ports with internal oil grooves, the system directs lubricant to the friction surfaces to form a continuous oil film. This significantly reduces the friction coefficient between the shaft and the sleeve, extending service life—a feature particularly well-suited for heavy-load, medium-to-low-speed operating conditions.• Ultra-High Geometric Precision:
Roundness and cylindricity errors for both the inner and outer diameters are controlled to within a tolerance of 0.01 mm, while the coaxiality error between the inner and outer surfaces is maintained at ≤0.02 mm. This ensures that no eccentric vibration occurs during shaft rotation.• High Wear Resistance and Stability:
Typically manufactured from heat-treated structural steel (e.g., 45# or 40Cr) or stainless steel, and combined with surface hardening treatments, the components achieve a hardness exceeding HRC 50. This endows them with exceptional resistance to impact and wear, making them ideal for demanding operating environments such as those found in construction machinery, pumps, and valves.• CNC Turning:
Utilizing carbide cutting tools and controlling cutting parameters (speed: 150–300 m/min; feed rate: 0.1–0.3 mm/rev), semi-finishing and finishing operations are performed on inner and outer cylindrical surfaces as well as stepped faces to ensure fundamental dimensional accuracy.• Lubrication Hole and Oil Groove Machining:
Dedicated fixturing is employed to precisely position and drill oil holes, ensuring a positional deviation of no more than 0.05 mm. Subsequently, milling operations are performed to create helical or linear oil grooves within the bore, thereby guaranteeing unobstructed oil flow.
