This significantly reduces the friction coefficient between the shaft and the sleeve, extending service life—a feature particularly well-suited for heavy-load, medium-to-low-speed operating conditions.• Ultra-High Geometric Precision:
Roundness and cylindricity errors for both the inner and outer diameters are controlled to within a tolerance of 0.01 mm, while the coaxiality error between the inner and outer surfaces is maintained at ≤0.02 mm. This ensures that no eccentric vibration occurs during shaft rotation.• High Wear Resistance and Stability:
Typically manufactured from heat-treated structural steel (e.g., 45# or 40Cr) or stainless steel, and combined with surface hardening treatments, the components achieve a hardness exceeding HRC 50.
